All the brands we stock produce their shoes sustainably. This means that they do not contain any toxins that you could absorb through your skin and are not produced using processes that harm the craftspeople or the environment. Many of our sustainable brands produce their shoes in Europe. In countries like Portugal or Italy, shoemaking has a long tradition. The leather shoes are mostly vegetable or chrome-free tanned, the leather comes from controlled sources and is certified in many cases. Above all, however, we are expanding our range of vegan shoes. It is important to us that the brands are looking for a truly sustainable, vegan leather alternative.
