Order & Shipping

How does RRREVOLVE ship?

We send your order climate-compensated with the Swiss Post. Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you will usually receive your delivery within 2-3 working days.

What does shipping cost?

In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free from CHF 100.

Below this amount we charge CHF 7.90 shipping costs.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail after dispatch and you can also check this in your customer account at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us by e-mail, chat or telephone and specify your change request.

Do you also deliver abroad?

No, we currently only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Store availability & reserve items

Is the item available in a store?

Click on "Store availability | Reserve item" next to the product to see whether the item is available in one of our stores in Zurich or Bern.

How can I reserve an item in a store?

If the item is available, you can reserve it directly in the pop-up by entering your contact details.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

How long is an item reserved for?

Usually for 3 working days. If required, you can contact the store directly.

Can I reserve several items?

Yes - please reserve each item separately.

Returns & exchanges

What do I need to consider when returning goods?

You can return items within 30 days.

It is important that they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How does returns shipping work at RRREVOLVE?

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, the costs for the return shipment are borne by you as the buyer.

Can I exchange items?

A direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item(s) and reorder the desired replacement item(s).

Can I return an order in the RRREVOLVE stores?

Yes, you can return your online order within 30 days to our stores in Zurich or Bern. Please bring the delivery note with you—the refund will be made using the original payment method.

What payment options does RRREVOLVE offer?

With us you can pay by invoice, Twint, Paypal, credit card or PostFinance.

Can I redeem or buy vouchers?

Yes, we offer digital and physical gift vouchers.

The voucher codes can simply be redeemed in the checkout.

Yes, you can find the digital size advisor Sizekick on our product pages. It recommends the right size for you - based on your body measurements or a reference brand. Questions we are often asked

I accidentally entered my old address when I placed my order. Can the parcel be resent to me?

Yes, in this case we will charge an additional postage fee of CHF 15.80

Can I also order items that are only available in the online store to try on in the store?

Yes, please use the "Message to us" field in the order process, specifying the store where you would like the fitting to take place.

Can I pay my bill directly in the store?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Please use the QR code on the invoice for payment.

Can the teddy sofa from OMHU be viewed at your premises?

Yes, come and try them out in the showroom (in our store) in the Zollhaus.

Do you also have other OMHU products on site?

Yes, you can also try out the Teddy Chair.

Can the Teddy Sofa and Teddy Chair be ordered from you straight away?

No, the OMHU products (Sofa & Chair) can be ordered directly via the OMHU website.
