Armedangels is one of the biggest names in the world of fair fashion. These German fair-fashion pioneers set high standards for socially and environmentally responsible clothing production. The company places great emphasis on a transparent supply chain and actively nurtures its long-standing partnerships—from Bhimabha, the cotton farmer in India, to Martin, the shirt designer in Munich. Every single item from Armedangels is therefore, of course, certified according to internationally recognized standards: GOTS, Fair Wear Foundation, Fairtrade, and—by now—90% of the collection is PETA-Approved Vegan.
Instead of chasing trends, Armedangels prefers to set them. High standards are applied not only to the manufacturing process but also to the wearability and durability of each product. Honest & fair, no frills. When it comes to materials, Armedangels relies on renewable raw materials such as organic cotton, organic linen, or kapok—a plant-based alternative to down—as well as recyclable or regenerative materials like PET yarn made from recycled plastic bottles. Armedangels is also particularly strong with the #DetoxDenim initiative, through which they’ve launched one of the best sustainable jeans collections. And in the future, they plan to focus even more on circularity to help reduce the world’s massive mountains of clothing waste.
