SKFK

Wear what you are

SKFK used to be Skunkfunk and started as a fashion brand for women back in 1999. The fabrics were from Europe, the suppliers were small, local producers and the timelines were those of the slow fashion industry. The concept of sustainable fashion did not exist back then. It was only with the expansion into China that SKFK realized how much was going wrong in the fashion industry. Since then, the brand has been generously committed to a revolution.

The brand represents an urban, chic style for women, inspired by art and culture. SKFK brings out two collections a year. Ecological fibers form the basis for the production of each garment. SKFK uses Fairtrade® certified organic cotton, recycled polyester or recycled cotton, lyocell, linen and hemp.

But they go even further: circularity is one of SKFK's goals. No new raw materials are to be used in the manufacturing process, only existing resources. With the SKFK Circular Closet, they are practising a constructive form of consumer criticism. You can rent outfits by the month from this online closet. Wear more, consume less. We like!
