We only use this symbol if we can be sure that it does not contain any animal ingredients. This is not always clear, especially with clothing. Horn or mother-of-pearl is often used for buttons. Beeswax is well suited for impregnation. There are now more and more plant-based raw materials, such as wood fibers, cork or rubber, which are processed into beautiful, vegan textiles.
