GTC

1. subject matter of the contract

RRREVOLVE sells the goods offered in the online store to customers subject to the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC).

2. conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and RRREVOLVE is only concluded when the customer places an order and RRREVOLVE accepts the order. The customer's order is placed via the Internet. RRREVOLVE accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation (by fax, e-mail or letter post) or by delivering the ordered goods (incl. delivery bill).

3. product range

All information on the goods that the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology, which improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and pricing are reserved. No goods are offered that do not comply with the statutory provisions.

4. terms of payment

Sämtliche Preise verstehen sich inkl. der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer. Die gültige Währung bei Lieferung in der Schweiz ist Schweizer Franken (CHF). Die gültigen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten sind die angegebenen Kreditkarten, die Postcard der schweizerischen Post, Paypal, Twint und Bezahlung auf Rechnung (bis CHF 500.-). Die Zahlungsfrist bei Rechnungszahlung beträgt 30 Tage.

5. terms of delivery

We deliver with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland at a fixed price of CHF 7.90 per shipment, unless otherwise stated. These shipping costs are added to the sales price. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 100. Some products are also shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier. You will receive your order within 2-3 working days. If a product is not in stock, it cannot be ordered. 

6. reservation of title

The delivered goods remain the property of RRREVOLVE until full payment has been made. RRREVOLVE is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register. If the customer defaults on payment of the purchase price, RRREVOLVE is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and take possession of the goods.

7. right of return/cancellation

Sie haben ein 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht. Bitte senden Sie uns allfällige Retouren innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware zurück (massgeblich ist die rechtzeitige Absendung). Wir erstatten die Zahlung über die beim Kauf gewählte Zahlungsmöglichkeit, sobald wir die Ware erhalten haben.

The return costs shall be borne by the buyer. We will refund the payment as soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition.

The buyer is required to check the goods received for defects immediately upon receipt and to report these to the seller within the return period.

7.1.
The returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Soiled, worn or washed textiles will not be taken back. The packaging, especially for shoes/sneakers, is part of the product and must also be undamaged and in perfect condition. Shoe and sneaker boxes must not be glued or used as shipping boxes. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge up to 20% of the sales price.

7.2.
The return of underwear and swimwear is generally permitted. However, please only try them on over other underwear. 

8 Warranty and liability

The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.

9 Intellectual property

RRREVOLVE reserves all rights to every design, text and graphic on its website. Copying or any other reproduction of the entire website or parts of this website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order with RRREVOLVE.

10. data protection

RRREVOLVE assures that it complies with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal norms when collecting, processing and using personal data. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the customer data collected during order processing will only be used to ensure business transactions. For this purpose only, data may also be passed on to dropshipping partners if necessary. Data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

When you register for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

These GTC and the contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

12. final provisions

For the sale of goods specified in the RRREVOLVE online store, the GTCs apply exclusively in the version valid at the time the respective contract is concluded. These terms and conditions also apply in particular if they differ from those of the customer. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. Furthermore, RRREVOLVE reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
