How to return your goods correctly
Does a size not fit, or is a product different than expected? You have 30 days to try everything on at your leisure and return anything you don't want to keep. Whenever possible, we deliver your order in a reusable bag, which you can also use for your return.
Important when returning goods
Once your order has arrived, youhave 30days to try everything on at your leisure and decide what you want to keep. If you send something back to us, there are a few things to keep in mind. These ensure that the goods arrive back with us undamaged and can be sent back to someone else in their original packaging.
How to return your goods correctly
- Fill out the returns form, you will find it on the delivery bill.
- Then repack the item(s) in the original packaging, if any.
- Carefully stow the items you want to return in the box or shipping bag.
- Be sure to enclose the returns form (delivery bill).
- Seal the packaging well.
- Frank the parcel sufficiently. We do not enclose a return label with our consignments.
Important: Do not glue original packaging such as shoe boxes or other cardboard packaging or use it as a shipping box. We can no longer sell items that are missing their original packaging as new.

Can you also hand in your return in our stores?
Yes, you can also hand in your return at one of our RRREVOLVE stores in Zurich or Bern. Please remember to complete and enclose the returns form in this case too. It takes approx. 10 - 15 days longer to process returns that are handed in at the branches.
How long do we need to process your return?
Depending on the volume, we sometimes need a little longer to process returns and thank you in advance for your patience. However, we always endeavor to process returns within approx. 10 working days of receiving your parcel and to refund you the corresponding amount or send you an adjusted invoice.
Would you like to order a replacement item?
Do you like an item but it's a little too small or too big? Then we will be happy to send you a replacement item in a suitable size. The easiest, quickest and most uncomplicated way to do this is to place a new order in the RRREVOLVE online store. There you can also see whether the size you want is still available.
Did you order on account?
Have you selected invoice as your payment method? Then it's best to check first whether you want to keep all the items you have ordered. If so, you can pay the invoice within the 30-day period.
If you send something back to us, you can still wait to pay. We will send you an adjusted invoice after receiving the return.
Payment by card, Paypal or Twint
If you have already paid for your order by credit card, Postcard, Paypal or Twint, the refund will be made automatically.
Sustainable shipping with Kickbag
If possible, we will send your order in a reusable shipping bag from Kickbag. This is more environmentally friendly than cardboard from the second use onwards. This doesn't change much for you, except that it makes it easier to return goods. Either way, we make sure that our packaging is as environmentally friendly and resource-saving as possible.
Goods returns with kickbags must also be sufficiently stamped - empty kickbags can be returned free of charge.

What happens to returned items?
With us, no item of clothing ends up in the bin and nothing is destroyed. Returned items without defects are refurbished and put back on sale. Defective items are either sold at a greatly reduced price or repaired and put back on sale. You can find more information here.
