Free shipping for orders over 100 francs
Unless otherwise stated, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. We deliver with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland at a fixed price of CHF 7.90 per shipment. Delivery is free for orders over CHF 100.
Whenever possible, we ship your order in the reusable shipping bags from Kickbag. They are more environmentally friendly than cardboard packaging from the second use onwards. This doesn't change much for you, except that you don't have to dispose of the empty packaging, but send it back to us free of charge. If the shipping bag is not suitable as packaging, we will use a cardboard box. Either way, we take care to pack your delivery as ecologically as possible.
We pay attention to this during packaging
- We use packaging that fits as precisely as possible so that we need as little filling material as possible.
- We use paper filling material to avoid plastic.
- The filling material is made from recycled material.
- Whenever possible, we use the reusable shipping bags from Kickbag.

Where is my order?
If your delivery is delayed, it is most likely because we need to clarify something. In this case, the delivery time may be slightly delayed. We always do our best to ensure that your package arrives with the complete order and as quickly as possible.
As soon as we hand over your parcel to the post office, you will receive an e-mail notification from us. From then on, you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided by Swiss Post. If everything goes smoothly, your parcel should arrive within 2 working days during the week. If there is a weekend in between, it may take a little longer.Â
Please note: Although rare, it can happen that an order is sent in two shipments. This is the case if you order items that are sent directly from the supplier, such as Lavie bed linen.
Is everything OK with the delivery?Â
When your parcel arrives, it's best to check that everything is correct with the delivery. Are all the items included that are listed on the invoice? If you notice any discrepancies, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to take care of it.

Can I order from RRREVOLVE if I don't live in Switzerland?
Unfortunately no, due to the high shipping, customs and VAT costs, we do not deliver abroad. We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
